DYNAMIC PILATES BY ELAINE KOEBER | CITTA COLLECTIVE
Elaine is the founder of citta collective. Being the host, creator and Pilates teacher of our events, she connects the puzzle pieces of over 12 years in Pilates, Physiotherapy, Personal training and managing events around wellness and health.
In her unique classes she cultivates a Pilates experience that allows tuning into our bodies, uncovering and balancing out muscle imbalances, replenishing body awareness and accessing areas that need extra nurture through movement and the renowned deep burn.
Our day retreat will be opened with a dynamic Pilates session, focusing on the female body and its needs. Influenced by times of pregnancy, birth or hormonal changes, our temples transition into new versions with new surprises regularly, When we know how to respond and welcome new versions we feel more home in our own skin. In this class we explore how to access and really strengthen the deep core, including abdominals and pelvic floor for the support and confidence we are seeking every day. We target areas that we all love to be stronger in and pick our top effective home exercises for glutes, legs, core and arms. Experience improved alignment, posture, stability, mobility and deep strength.
All exercises in our classes can be tailored and modified to experience level, pregnancy, injuries and health limitations.

Driven by a passion for wellness and the power of natural modalities to build resilience and strength in the human body, Emma founded Sisuu. Created on the Northern Beaches of Sydney and designed for those looking to improve digestion, boost immunity and a healthy dose of spice in one's life, Sisuu is Australia-wide known for their highly-muscle-releasing magnesium spray and their digestive fire enhancing tonic.
Emma has not just created these natural products, but also is passionate to share her knowledge through breathwork and ice baths, through workshops and retreats, that can shift the approach to health.
