booking terms.

citta collective is a small independent business. Our retreats are exclusive and planned with lots of heart and effort to create a special experience for everyone joining. We secure accommodation, chefs and collaborations long in advance through non-recoverable payments and need to cover third-parties in case of cancellations.

Please make sure that you have read our Booking Terms before booking. By making a booking or purchasing any citta collective product, you agree to these Booking Terms and our Privacy Policy.

To secure a booking we require a filled in and signed BOOKING FORM and a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $500 per person for a retreat and $50 for a day retreat. Once we have proof of payment, this deposit will be counted as credit towards the full retreat price or day retreat price. A reservation is secured once you receive an email confirmation with booking details from citta collective (this may take up to 3 business days).

An enquiry, or a submitted Booking Form alone will not be treated as a confirmed reservation.

For all Double Room bookings were require a Booking Form of each person attending and either a deposit paid separately or together ($500 per person).

The balance must be paid 30 DAYS BEFORE THE RETREAT. If we don't receive any proof of full payment 30 days prior to the start date of the retreat, we may withdraw your spot and offer it to another participant. If a booking takes place within 30 days prior to the retreat we require full payment at the time of making the reservation to secure the booking.
