the ABUNDANCY experience.
Our journey begins with a pick up from the Old Woolstore Apartments in Hobart at 8am on the first morning. We then start to explore the first part of the peninsula, connect and move into our home on the Friendly Beaches and create time and space for personal intention setting.
~ The opening of every morning with our sunrise rituals will be a reflection of the essence of this entire experience - we welcome self connection, silence and introspection.
~ Moving our bodies with a revitalising Pilates flow; we are inviting breath, movement and mindfulness to come into a thoughtful connection.
~ As the day unfolds, we gather for a wholesome and unhurried breakfast, preparing us for the day's explorations and adventures.
~ The Freycinet landscape leads us onto the trails led by our private guide. As the wild terrain unfurls its wonders, we traverse beaches and bushland, embracing walking sometimes as a quiet meditation, sometimes as a way to connect to ourselves or to others.
~ A picnic lunch provides a chance to pause and savour, offering simple yet nourishing fare while surrounded by nature's expansive beauty.
~ The afternoons are the times of choice—whether it's immersing in the cool embrace of the Tasmanian sea, unwinding with a massage, allowing the long wanted nap, getting lost in a book, or simply sitting and soaking in the stillness of the remote wilderness.
~ This slower pace invites restoration, a gentle prelude to the evening’s gathering, where we come together in our lodge’s sanctuary for meditation and nourishing meals, crafted from Tasmania’s best produce.
~ An evening by the fire to rest and let the impressions of the day settle will be the gentle guide to close of the day.
Every day holds a slightly different unfolding.
On the final morning we close our retreat experience with meditation, a reflection on what we shed, leave behind and take with us. We fill our bellies before starting the departure back to Hobart. Everyone will be dropped off either at the airport for evening flights (from 4pm) or at your hotel in Hobart.
